3. Attempt TWO questions from the following. (30) 
(i) A customer has written to you company with a letter of complaint about a product she purchased more than two years ago. The warranty expired on the product a countertop appliance; after just 90 day. She is upset that the appliance no longer works. You are certainly not obligated to do anything for her. Should you respond? What should you say? Is a refund, adjustment or exchange a good idea? You supervisor has said that the decision is up to you. Write a letter to this client justifying your reply. 
(ii) Design you won CV in the skills/target format, listing all required information. 
(iii) Write a short evaluation report in the form of a memo to your boss about an on going project.
